a little bit about our founder

Marin started Food Water Love LA when she was 14 as a passion project cooking healthy meals for her friends and family. As she started to experiment with her recipes in sourcing different ingredients, she realized the vast differences in accessing healthy ingredients based on location and started to research the "why".

At Food Water Love LA, we are passionate about food and its power to bring people together. Our goal is to foster a sense of community and connection through food while also educating our readers on the issue of food insecurity. We believe that everyone should have access to healthy and nutritious meals, and we are committed to making a difference.
