Food insecurity is a pressing social issue where individuals and communities lack reliable access to sufficient and nutritious food. At Food Water Love LA, we care about accessibility to healthy and nutritious food for overall well being, but also care about special moments where baked goods can warm up a space.

That's why we created: Bake it Forward.

Bake it Forward is an initiative through Food Water Love LA where we have local volunteer bakers baking for nonprofits and other agencies doing the work to help our world as a sign of community and solidarity.

 

We specifically focus on baking for marginalized communities. Whether it's someone's special day or a program for our city- nonprofits and agencies can request for a baked good to arrive when they need it.
